Custom Cakes

Mango • Passionfruit • Vanilla
An elegant composition of soft, cloud-like Japanese vanilla bean chiffon layers , light as air, yet full of character.
Between each tier, you’ll find whipped vanilla bean ganache, infused with real Tahitian vanilla pods. Nestled inside is a vibrant layer of fresh mango, passionfruit, and mint salad - a burst of tropical freshness in every bite.
The second tier is elevated with a smooth, airy mango mousse, adding depth and a creamy tang. The entire creation is gently cloaked in whipped vanilla bean ganache and topped with a crown of Chantilly cream for an ultra-light finish.
